Eyeballs are free gift from company.
There is no price difference although customer exclude the eyeballs.
Also, eyeballs are randomly given to customer. It's not selectable option.
Eyes are not same eyes with the items in picture. Although kind of eyes are some, line of iris and rate of circle may have slight difference.
Item maybe have a different skin color compared with pictures because of screen resolution of your computer.
Even though name of skin color is same, actual color of skin may different depend on when / where the doll was manufactured.
The facts mentioned above cannot be the reason of refund/change of dolls.
(Special skin color may charge costs.)
Make-up is additional option. If customers don’t choose the make-up option, dolls will be sent with no make-up on it.
(When make-up is not added, no eyebrow, eyelash, blusher, lip color-none of face part is portrayed at all .)
Although this is additional option, we highly recommend this option to customer who is not familier with BJD make-up.
Make-up and coloring on dolls are manual work- may have difference compare with the picture.
Color and line of make-up may have slight difference when artist put on make-up to dolls.
Again, please aware that the color of items may different because of moniter resolution.
Make-up use sealant on the final step. If customer touch/scratch the part of make up, or if the surrounding environment has big temporature difference or humid, make-up may damaged easily.
In this case, doll needs make-up again. Workable for re-make up, price and needed period for remake up is differ depend on company.
Please contact it's company directly for re-makeup service.
Although customers order same make-up again, make-up can not be perfectly same because make-up is manual work.
Natural facts occurred in manufacturing cannot be the reason of refund or A/S.
-Minor unevens of model body and depth difference
-The mark of este, line of putting caused by the manufacturing process.
- Minor dust or bubble which is not quite visible(except face part)
-Minor color difference between body parts or additonal parts and body
-Additional este marks to remove residue of releasing agent
-Spots, minor bubble and Marbling effects of special/ sun tan skins
The facts listed above is the natural facts based on characteristic of BJD.
We ask customers careful decision when purchasing dolls if customers are not acceptable about the facts listed above.
The color of urethan products(include BJD) changes to yellow as time passed
Exposing on strong lights or ultraviolet lights for a long time may cause color change faster.
After purchasing dolls, customers need to contact it's company directly when customer wants to purchase damaged part separately because of customer's careless care or to reassemble dolls.
Some of company doesn't provide A/S.
For asking for A/S, please check your doll's company's name and name of your doll's type.
Please hand over your information to it's company directly.
The doll you are watching is consignment item from other doll company. As NINENINE is retail shop of doll, we cannot provide you the A/S directly.
Due to schedule of company, shipment may done advanced or may delayed based on lack of supply/natural disaster.
